This Graphite packing is braided construction from non-asbestos synthetic fibers. Each strand is lubricated with a special vegetable and marine oil and Graphite. When the braiding is finished the surface of the packing is Graphite coated so that the packing does not wick because of the lubricant.
Service Type: A very versatile plant maintenance packing for reciprocating and rotary equipment. Also for medium and high pressure

Recommended Usage: Oil, Steam, Alkalines, Mild Acids and Brine

Temperature: 450 F (232 C)
PH Range: 4 - 10
Pressure: Up to 300 psi in dynamic service

The flax fiber packing is square plait braided of fine quality imported flax rovings that have been lubricated with a pure edible tallow and a wax compound. Does not contain graphite.
Service Type: rotary, reciprocating and centrifugal shafts, stern tube plungers, hydraulic rams, accumulators
Industries: Pulp & Paper, Marine, Waste Treatment, Steel and Mining
Recommended Usage: brine, cold water, cold oil, high-pressure rams and accumulators and high-speed shafts.

This Teflon packing is braided non-asbestos synthetic yarn where fibers are impregnated with Teflon Suspensoid and Teflon particles to seal the packing. Thus allowing it to prevent penetration of chemical fluids and chemical action. After braiding, another coating of Teflon Suspensoid and a light oil are applied as a break-in lubricant.
Service Type: This is an excellent general service packing. Reciprocating and rotary pumps, helical motion service, agitators, mixers, expansion joints and autoclaves

Recommended Usage: General chemical plant service and conditions, paper stock, mild acids, corrosive acids, petroleum, synthetic oils, moderate alkalis, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, ink, and steam.

Flexible Packing Hooks with Permanent Tips
These hooks are very strong and made of the toughest materials. Two spiral steel shafts, one inside of the other, wound in opposite directions, make up the shaft. The corkscrew tip is permanently attached. Available in 3 different sizes.
